Ingredients

Gluten Free Oatmeal, Pea Flour, Gluten Free Oat flakes, Gluten Free Oat Flour, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate, Coconut Sugar, Salt

Storage

Store in a cool dry place until baked. Once baked, wrap tightly in foil or cling film to keep from dying out.

Preparation and Usage

1. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F (180°C/350°F fan oven) and lightly oil the bread tin.

2. Splash 300ml (1 1/3 cups) of milk into mixing bag, seal and massage to mix.

3. Gently squeeze the dough into the oiled bread tin.

4. Make a cross in the top and sprinkle with a little flour.

5. Bake for 35-40 mins and admire your creation grow.

6. Leave to cool on a wire rack and cover with a towel.

7. When cooled, remove from bread tin, slice and enjoy.
