Goan Chilli Masala

Serves 2

Method Hob.

Ingredients:
15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil;
300g of white fish or raw prawns;
1 jar Tesco Finest Goan Chilli Masala Sauce.

1. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a saucepan.
2. Add 300g of diced white fish or raw prawns and sear for 5 minutes.
   3. Pour the jar of sauce to the pan.
   4. Simmer for 10 minutes, with lid on, until the fish or prawns are cooked through.

To serve: Serve with cooked basmati rice or naan and garnish with chopped coriander.

Try substituting white fish for 300g cauliflower and green beans.
